The prices shown in the tables above represent an inclusive weekly rate for a period of seven nights commencing on Saturday. Electricity is included within the tariff. Linen is not supplied; guests are required to provide sheets, pillowcases, continental quilt covers, towels and tea-towels.

In the event of cancellation, guests are reminded that the deposit is non-refundable. We therefore recommend that suitable holiday insurance cover is arranged.

You are required to lodge a security deposit of £100 to cover any breakages or damage. This will be refunded within fourteen days of the keys being returned, less any deductions.

You will be sent a booking form and will need to pay a deposit of 20% of the total rental price. The balance is due for payment four weeks prior to departure. If your booking is made within four weeks of departure then full payment must accompany the booking form.
